Sale Terms & Conditions Applicable at Beruru Retail Stores

  • Customers are requested to bring their own carry bag.

  • Gift wrapping of the products will not be provided during the sale.

  • There will be NO refund or replacement of products purchased or orders received during the sale at the retail stores. Customers are requested to do a thorough check of the product physically before billing.

  • During the sale, NO reservations/orders will be accepted at the store.

  • Customers are requested to be cautious in browsing through display products at the store. Any breakages/damages will have to be borne by the customer.

 

Sale Terms & Conditions Applicable on Beruru Website

  • Sale on Website starts on Monday 18th September 2023 to Tuesday 19th September 2023.
    • There will be NO refund or replacement of products purchased or orders received during the sale through the website. Only exception is any damage to the product in transit and the issue has to be informed to our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Please note, shipping time may vary from 3 to 4 weeks (depending on availability) for orders placed on the website.
    • Beruru reserves the rights to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Cart reservations are not applicable on our website.
