Shipping and Returns

Shipping :

The products are typically dispatched within 10 -14 working days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. Incase the product is a Pre-order, we will source the same as per lead time mentioned on the product page and dispatch it.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: hello@beruru.com along with a copy of the invoice

Returns :

We work on a no return and refund policy for all items. Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 24 hrs, along with supporting images and unboxing video of the product.

If 24 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
