Malabar Parakeet

Also known as the Blue-winged Parakeet, the Malabar Parakeet is a bird found in India?s Western Ghats region. The male?s significant features include a bluish-grey coat and a red upper bill while the greener female has an all-dark bill. These parakeets are social birds and usually live in small groups composed of four to five individuals.
